After years of working with business owners, executives, and growing teams, I noticed something: AI wasn't the problem. Confusion was.
So I created the CIV Framework, a practical way to evaluate intent, information value, and vulnerability before integrating AI into real business decisions.
When I'm not delivering workshops or keynotes, you'll probably find me hosting business networking events, laughing too loudly at my own jokes, or mentoring entrepreneurs across the GTA.
